    Knowing names isn't enough to stay ahead of the curve, they aspired to knowing more about their data to serve the right message at the right time. Being proactive and helpful with their customers dream projects.

    Before partnering with kyco, The Tile People already had an existing marketing database of +2,500 contacts.

    kyco migrated the data away from Klaviyo to the kyco platform, replictaing any existing marketing templates and redirecting sign up links.

    Since switching to kyco, email campaigns have seen an average open rate of 36%. With such a strong open rate, customers are kept in the loop of new tiles and promotions.

    QR/NFC Tiles have been placed around the showroom to enable an interactive visit from browsers. If there is a preferred range, they can tap their phone against the tag and browse the full range which could be new designs or colours.
