The Half Moon Inn is located in the quiet countryside village of Balcombe, West Sussex. A community pub that offers a wide variety of food and supports local produce for the kitchen and bar. There are a vast amount of locally sourced alcoholic drinks including Harveys Of Lewis and Rathfinny (Alfriston) Wines. It is a perfect spot for a drink whether you are walking the dog in the countryside or driving through the area.

    The team at The Half Moon wanted to be able to target customers through channels other than social media. They also wanted to enable a loyalty scheme and have an easy to manage tech solution with support on hand.

    Since partnering with kyco, The Half Moon has built up an active database of over 350+ contacts. Now, they can promote new menus, changes on bar as well as upcoming events like their popular wine & cheese night direct to customers' inboxes. They also reward their customers using the Digital Loyalty Cards.

    They are extremely happy with kyco and are hoping to enable the same tech at their new site due to open in 3-6 months - The Jolly Tanners.
